Thumbs up! Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it.
A leak appeared in my bathroom, and Kendrick came immediately to inspect it. Very kind and knowledgeable—explained the process clearly and carried out the repair with great care. Made sure everything was perfect before leaving. The leak was completely fixed, and he even helped me drain clogged pipes. Honest, efficient, and professional. He’s found a new loyal customer!
