He responded to me immediately, kept in contact the entire time, came out the same day, and completed the repair that same day as well. He was very insightful, extremely knowledgeable, and most of all patient while figuring out my plumbing situation. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked me through what needed to be done, and gave me the best options moving forward instead of rushing or pressuring me. If I could give Ken 6 🌟 I would. I had a toilet that wasn’t flushing properly. Tried everything I could with no luck. Ken came out in a Sunday and was quick to assess the issue - no guessing, no “hoping he could help” … and all for a fair price. Super nice guy who I would highly recommend.
