- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Criminal and traffic matters are generally a flat fee varying based upon the complexity of the matter. Generally, a fee for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is $800 for an individual and $1200 for a couple, plus the Courts filing fee. All of your debt collection fees are based upon a contingency basis, 33% of all funds recovered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a BA in Behavioral Sciences from The Ohio State University in 1975 and my JD from Ohio Northern University in1983. In addition I received a Masters if Law in Taxation from the College of William and Mary in 1991. I have passed both the Ohio and Virginia bar exams and been in private practice since 1983.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I appear in all local courts in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News and Hampton.
