Ok. My question if you could please check on this and perhaps guide me to the correct lawyer type.... ....??? if I hire an attorney in Texas but do the correspondence through telephone or the face to face programs they have, is this possible? ??? Because Neelie Gowan stole my money IN TEXAS ( $ 33,000.00) and is actually still working at the Cricket Store on Ross Ave Dallas Tx ( unbelievable but after stealing from me and running me over with her car,) "and STEALING MY identity" IN TEXAS and ran me over with her car "" in Texas""" to kill me so I couldn't testify, .... BECAUSE I CONFRONTED THEM NOT ONLY TO MY" INDIVIDUAL' THEFT BUT THE DAILY CREDIT CARD FRAUD BEING COMMITTED IN A LOW INCOME MAINLY BLACK AFRICAN AMERICANS ON SSI NO CREDIT ETC.. "" ??? " isn't the fact of ""' running for my life in fear OF ANOTHER DEATH THREAT OR EVEN WORSE ANOTHER ACTUAL "ATTEMPT" ON MY LIFE TO ""QUITE ME"""....& this was reported to the Dallas Police Department who laughed at me and DID NOTHING AND REPORTS TO THE HOMELESS RESCUE Services of downtown dallas which sent me to shelter after shelter but was again assaulted every place I was sent because of the three people caught in these theft activities ??? ....THESE THREE CRICKET WIRELESS EMPLOYEES from these Cricket Store Employees Mario SANCHEZ, & a Cuban employee ( I think named Mark ) and Neelie Gowan """??.. ?" Is this" not' a justified reason for running "escaping " ...out of the state of Texas to here now, all the way to Virginia Beach Virginia? BUT MY WANTING JUSTICE FOR THE THEFT AND PREMEDITATED HOMICIDE..... AND STILL BEING THREATENED TO THE STATEMENTS MADE FROM THEM STILL "" TODAY..""" ..."" TINA HOUSTON WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING UNLESS SHE OPENS up the SSI ACCOUNT AND GIVES US ALL THE BACK PAY... """' PLUS THEY ARE THREATENING ME THAT THE MONEY I HAVE THROUGH GO2BANK """FROM THE BALANCE""". . ...""" OUT OF ALL MY MONEY that was direct DEPOSITED three separate times to three separate bank accounts because someone was changing the account number, by Coiv19 unemployment a one lump sum deposit because of my having to prove my identity " three times" for a period of almost two years trying to figure out how my identity was being stolen time and time again with the help of a wonderful lady named Ms Christina Works she is a Identity Theft Investigation TOP OF THE LINE EMPLOYEE who worked with my case continuously and diligently until resolved . The TWF Unemployment Office made it possible to receive my payment. I went through the same thing in the state of Maryland one payment and it was flagged three times as well for identity theft. MY BALANCE sir WAS ONLY ...$6,474.00""' WHEN I WAS ""INSTRUCTED and given the advice"" BY THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT GO2BANK by their experience and the numerous transactions upon their training TO COMPLETELY CLOSE THE ACCOUNT FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY CHARGES AND UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS. CLOSING THE ACCOUNT FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY CHARGES AND UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS ONE TRANSACTION AFTER ANOTHER all after three employees at Cricket Store on Ross Ave Dallas Tx STOLE the Bank information through downloading everything by some aka remote access control and a apple webcam but I only bought a cheap model no name brand expensive phone.. Sir please in all of the education you guys go through I need assistance with directions to stop these animals from trying to literally kill someone else who can't fight back... I was living literally "" on the side of the road by a bridge """because of this cyber crime theft when I bought a stupid phone through CRICKET WIRELESS and twelve more phones every one of them hacked, the attempted rapes assault after assault & gang stalking across state lines from Texas to Virginia. So I have ABSOLUTELY no reason to live in Texas!! AND nor do I think I could possibly endure the battlefield already EXPERIENCED ONCE BY CRICKET WIRELESS EMPLOYEES WHO ARE STEALING CRICKET WIRELESS CUSTOMERS BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION BY some little black box they keep running on the other side of the counter... **** WHICH WAS TURNED OFF BY A NEW GUY I HAD ONLY SEEN ONCE THERE BUT NEELIE GOWAN KNEW THAT MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS THEN 100% DEPLETED BECAUSE OF her assistance with only ONE TRANSACTION..on the dreadful day.... I purchased a phone actually the ""demo phone"" for $240.00 after she helped me with a Cash App transaction and she cleaned my last $100.00 I had to my name, then wanted to pay the back payment and it was declined but given a authorization code with my bank account balance $ 33,000.00. ( it was then taken to the $6474.00 ) and unobtainable except for the last $100.00 which she ran me over for. I don't drive but my hospital documents showing the CONCUSSION FROM ONLY A JARRED BRAIN OR AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT SHOWS PROOF OF THE ATTEMPTED MURDER. My conversations are screenshots from the customer service department at Go2bank and shows the illegal activities I speak to. The Homeless Outreach Resuce Service Center is aware Ms. Samantha worked as hard as she could, is in possession of the statement to the Texas United States General Attorneys Office and they also have the description of the manic with a 16" hunting knife used to gut animals which was pulled in a attempted murder slaughter to my 16 year old dog.... my life companion. There was a report on the attempt BEFORE THIS BUTCHER WITH TATTOOED FACE WAS MADE MOMENTS BEFORE BECAUSE I WAS ASSAULTED BY ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL MOMENTS BEFORE when a Dallas Police Officer I think an Officer Chavez LAUGHED AT MY REPORT OF ASSAULT AND MADE LIGHT OF this. I'm trying to figure out how to receive justice living in another state when I was running from the Cricket Store Employees trying to kill me

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Criminal and traffic matters are generally a flat fee varying based upon the complexity of the matter. Generally, a fee for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is $800 for an individual and $1200 for a couple, plus the Courts filing fee. All of your debt collection fees are based upon a contingency basis, 33% of all funds recovered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a BA in Behavioral Sciences from The Ohio State University in 1975 and my JD from Ohio Northern University in1983. In addition I received a Masters if Law in Taxation from the College of William and Mary in 1991. I have passed both the Ohio and Virginia bar exams and been in private practice since 1983.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I appear in all local courts in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News and Hampton.
