He did an excellent job with fixing my husband’s shower. My husband uses a roll-in shower char, he is completely paralyzed and the shower was too narrow, his legs couldn’t fit inside. The people I hired before did not do the floor correctly, it was flat with no incline so the bathroom flooded every time we used it. It was a nightmare.
Edmar came and fixed everything, put an incline and widened it, he cleaned up every single day, inside and out. He was so respectful of my home and family. I cannot recommend him enough. He is smart, thoughtful and independent, making sure you get exactly what you need. His prices are extremely fair, and he shows up when he says he will, on time. He is probably the best contractor I have worked with since moving here, and that says a lot because I renovated my entire house and the garage. I am only sad that I didn’t find him earlier.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work according to the size of the project. The client pays 50% of the agreed amount at the beginning of the project and pays the remainder at the end. I usually buy the preparation material and the client buys the ceramic. Everything else is already included in the budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk to the client and see the project to understand what they want. When necessary and if asked, I suggest an idea that may be more financially beneficial for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with bathroom and kitchen renovations for seven years. I already worked in construction in my home country, and here I perfected and adapted techniques according to market demands. My knowledge was acquired through practice, but I'm always seeking to enhance my knowledge with other professionals and new materials on the market.
