- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work according to the size of the project. The client pays 50% of the agreed amount at the beginning of the project and pays the remainder at the end. I usually buy the preparation material and the client buys the ceramic. Everything else is already included in the budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk to the client and see the project to understand what they want. When necessary and if asked, I suggest an idea that may be more financially beneficial for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with bathroom and kitchen renovations for seven years. I already worked in construction in my home country, and here I perfected and adapted techniques according to market demands. My knowledge was acquired through practice, but I'm always seeking to enhance my knowledge with other professionals and new materials on the market.
