- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All flat surfaces: we go by square ft for washing and sealing (decks,driveways,sidewalks,etc.) On soft house washes:we go with a single story, two story, etc. pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk the project out and understand the exact needs of the customer. I also start by sending photos of previous jobs, providing color samples, and always giving a free on site estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually never had any training, except for a lot of trial and a little error. I did do a deck cleaning training video for HQ in the early mid 90s. (VHS)
