- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and transparent. The cost depends on the type of work, the size of the project and the materials needed. I offer free and no commitment estimates. There are no hidden charges. In some cases I can offer Discounts for large jobs or recurring customers. The final price is always agreed before starting the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I talk to the client to understand well what he needs. Then, if necessary, I make a visit to evaluate the work and give a clear estimate. Once the budget is approved, we coordinate the date and time. I carry out the work with care and attention to detail, and at the end I review everything with the client to ensure their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have practical experience in maintenance and home remodeling work, including painting, floor installation and general repairs. I have learned the trade by working directly in the field, perfecting my skills over time and following good practices to guarantee quality results.
