- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are not set ;) I know that not everyone is working with the same budget so I work with my clients to come up with a price that makes us both SMILE ;)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on their availability I meet with my clients either face to face or over the phone to find out their wants and needs. We then customize a package that makes them happy and fits within their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading up on photography and all the latest and greatest "inventions" but most of my progress and change comes through my inner creativity. I'm always coming up with a new idea for every event I photograph because I never want to be that "same boring photographer" stuck back in the 35mm times ;)
