Pricing is based on property size, services selected, and turnaround time. Standard real estate photography packages in the Virginia Beach area typically start around $150–$250 for smaller homes, with larger properties and add-ons priced accordingly. Discounts may be available for returning clients, multiple properties, or bundled services. Rush or same-day delivery may include an additional fee. All pricing is discussed clearly upfront — no hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation to understand the property, goals, and timeline. Once the shoot is scheduled, I provide preparation tips to help the property look its best. Photography is completed efficiently on-site, followed by professional editing. Final images are delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe, ready for MLS and marketing use.
