- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system. One 30 minute session-$30 Five 30 minute sessions-$125 12 week program-$20 per 30 minute session/ minimum two sessions per week, payments are made bi-weekly One hour session-$50 Five one hour sessions-$225 12 week program-$40 per one hour session/ minimum two sessions per week, payments are made bi-weekly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with new clients is first scheduling the initial assessment. From there I will have knowledge of the clients background, physical ability, limitations, current lifestyle, and goals. If the client feels comfortable with my training approach, we will then discuss training programs and which would be best for that individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a Certified Fitness Trainer through The World Instructor Training School. I actively obtain various continuing education credits which specialize in specific facets of fitness.
