Matt with Four Seasons Garage Doors worked miracles on my garage door! I bent it in 3 places and broke the bar going across the top of the door. He calmly evaluated the problems and fixed my door in no time! It works better since his fix than it did when I first bought the house!

We had an old garage door that finally broke down-- I'm talking popped out of the tracks, and the tracks themselves popped out of the wall. We needed a complete overhaul replacement and installation. I called several different places to try and get it done ASAP--almost all of them were cold, very pushy, and wouldn't give me even a basic cost estimate unless I paid $40-60 for someone to come out to my house. Matt was hands down the nicest and most helpful person I called. Open and up front with cost estimates and time frames, free consultation, and competitive prices. I also really liked that they gave me a specific time for appointments, rather than a 2-4 hour window to expect them.Installation was a breeze-- we had a slight delay but the guy called us beforehand to let us know when to expect him. I know our situation was probably not the easiest for one person to do, but he got it done and took his time to walk us through everything he did. He had us watch the door go up and down several times from the inside and the outside, gave us some maintenance tips and showed us a couple of safety things. It's my understanding that they'll also come back to fix any issues you have in the future.Expect to wait several weeks if you need a door special ordered (other shops had this problem too, I understand it's outside of their control). We only needed a very basic insulated door and they were able to install it within a week after our consultation. While some other places I called said they could do it within a few days, I really trusted Four Seasons to get it done right-- they are so nice and professional. Just outstanding service, I can't recommend them enough.

I wish I could give them zero stars! Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. I paid to have the door and locks replaced. They ruined the brand new door I purchased. The entire lock is exposed when the door is closed so anyone can break in. The technician left a mess, then returned claiming he would fix the mess he made of the door, and left a bigger mess and had the audacity to tell me to reimburse him for his gas for coming back! The door doesn’t even close. You have to lift the door to close it. And let’s not mention the space above and below the door allowing all types of pest inside. The attached photos speak for themselves. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
