These guys were knowledgeable, kind and quick to respond! They really knew what they were doing and provided a comprehensive estimate for repairs and remodeling of a very run down house for us! I liked their vision for the future and highly recommend them for large projects.

We hired KHC Building Corp for a major home renovation project back in January of 2025. Five months after the completion of the job, not only are we very pleased with the results, but we are also having them back for another project! They remodeled our master bathroom and bedroom, added a new half-bath, and repaired leaking pipes in a third bathroom. From start to finish, Jack, Sandi, and Kevin were thorough and organized. They stayed on schedule and consistently showed up when they said they would – which was important because I was 9 months pregnant by the end of the job and so having the job complete before giving birth was very important! I also appreciate how clean they kept our house. They could have easily taken over our whole house with materials and tools but kept it all compact and tidied up at the end of every day. Communication was excellent throughout. We always felt in the loop, and any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. One of the things we appreciated most was how they went out of their way to help us save money—personally picking up materials to avoid delivery fees and keeping an eye out for cost-effective solutions without ever compromising quality. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every detail of the finished product. We highly recommend KHC to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused contractor. Like I mentioned, we’re already having them back to work on an exterior project.

I had major termite damage in my home and had contacted multiple companies to see if they could repair it. Jack was the only one who not only accepted the work, but also did an amazing job. I live out of state and rent my house out. He and Sandi were amazing at keeping me in the loop and my renter. My home is finally repaired and looks incredible!
