Nick was very quick to respond, came right over to give us a quote, then measured right there with us and showed us all the numbers. His prices felt reasonable. As he got into the job of restoring our hardwood floors under old carpet, he ran into some issues that delayed us several days and we had to purchase extra hotel stays. Nick gave us a little discount because of this. Despite the setbacks, he was determined to delivery great quality. Throughout the process, Nick and Michele kept us updated and were good at responding. In the end, it took several days longer and was a bit more expensive than expected, but Nick was trying his best to help us out throughout. We are happy with how the floors turned out, he did a beautiful job. I think we found the right guy for the job and we’d hire him again. I’ll attach before and after photos
