James was a life saver because he returned my call right away and started the work when he said he could so. He finished on time as promised and was professional every step of the way. James repaired/reinstalled joist/girders and also repaired my sub floor and kept me informed on what was being done. Look forward to using James again.

James came to my home to replace all my old, damaged and hanging insulation. He did a terrific job. The new insulation looks great. When the job was done he showed me pictures of the work and hauled off the old insulation. Very kind and affordable. 2 thumbs up

I had james to come out and fix my humps in my floors. I needed a few joists to be sistered and 2 sections of beam to be removed and replaced. He finished the job in 2 days, he was very prompt and polite and kept me in the loop every step of the way. 5 star service
