Hemi was hands down THE BEST contractor in the Hampton roads area for #57 stone delivery for our swimming pool renovation project. Despite the rain, Hemi stopped by to assess the scope of work to provide an estimate. He was an excellent communicator and when an open window came up in his schedule he complete the job 3days ahead of time. He was very knowledgeable with grading and provided guidance outside the original scope. His pricing was the most reasonable quote we received. His work quality and timeliness was very appreciated by subsequent contractors on the project, which speaks a lot for itself. I’d hire Hemi next time without a second thought.

All grass areas of my property are full of mini-hills and valleys where the valleys are the perfect size to trap my foot. ARE LLC managed to level the main areas and take my yards back to the original slope away from my house. I 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs to flatten their land. Of the four companies I reached out to about leveling my backyard, Nancy from ARE LLC (SABA LLC) was the only one to actually respond to me. Shortly after I was on the phone with their specialist, Hemi. An hour later he was actually at my property to do an assessment and listened to what I wanted. I thought I needed land grading but he explained how that is for properties with more serious issues like water pooling. Additionally grading would require an additional assessment fee and be overall more expensive as his office team would have to run calculations which would take several days and get permission from the city to adjust my property's grade as that could affect my neighbors. Hemi explained what I actually needed was leveling and that he'd use power raking to shave off all the old grass/weeds and the top layer of soil. After that he would level my yards back to the original grade away from the house. As he did this, he took the time during the raking to walk the areas and view from different points to ensure he was flattening it and bringing the slope away from the house and back flush with the sidewalk. He also took the time to grind down some old tree stumps. Hemi did all this by himself and also took the time to do a final hand rake as his last adjustment to my property. He was very responsive any time I had questions and was easily reachable by phone. He also took the time to discuss what kind of short and long term grass I should use based on Norfolk weather. It cost me $2,700 for a little over a day's work done by Hemi alone. The work would've originally cost me over $4k however I agreed to keep the yard waste to dispose of myself which cut it down nearly half.
