- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main goal is to fully understand the direction, theme of the session or design work. This is usually done in a phone or in-person meeting. There is no monetary transition that takes place at this time. When everything has been solidified (for photography: session date/time for design: collected information for scope of work), a contract and photography or design retainer are processed. This part can be done virtually as my contracts and payment systems accommodate for those who are not in the immediate area.

I have a degree in computer information technology as well as the following field experience: 12 years, Graphic and Website Design 9 years, Information Technology Support Representative 10 years, Photography 5.5 years, Senior Project / Program Management 3.5 years, Smart Materials Analyst (NASA)
