Introduction
Hello Neighbor, I am Kimberly with Neighborhood Notary LLC, providing Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Services to all of Hampton Roads. We’re in your neighborhood or can be soon!
I will meet you at the location of your choice to help you with your notarization needs. This includes local assisted living facilities, hospitals, and jails because sometimes you or your loved ones simply can't make it out to sign important documents.
I have been commissioned by the State of Virginia as a Notary Public and have been background checked and certified as a Loan Signing Agent by the National Notary Association. Additionally, I come with a $1,000,000.00 Errors & Ommissions insurance policy! I even have an embosser seal if you're looking for that more classic or official feel.
We also offer printing, scanning, and courier services as well as I-9 verification (will serve as an authorized representative), ink fingerprinting, and Apostille services. ~COMING SOON - Remote Online Notarization (RON)~

I would like to thank Neighborhood Notary for helping my mother. As she has aged her signature has changed due to arthritis and osteo. The bank required we utilize a notary to verify her recent signature. My mother has difficulty getting around and Kimberly made my mother feel special by coming to her. Thanks again Kimberly.
