FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing and options are on my website. My coaching pricing is per session, which can mean several different things, depending on what we want to do. I also have a variety of classes that I teach and different types of events we can do, so just ask about those.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I will send you a short health history to get a picture of what is going on before our first meeting. Our first session is shorter and allows you to tell me about your goals and challenges so that we can see how to best work together. Then we create our custom plan for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My bachelor's degree is in Health and Wellness with a focus in Nutrition. I'm currently working on my Master's in Nutrition and Integrative Health along with a Certificate in Herbal Studies at Maryland University of Integrative Health. My associates is in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute. I completed Holistic Health Coaching training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor certification through the Health Sciences Academy.
