Introduction
Pilates on a reformer is basically three in one. We work on Flexibility, Strength and balance. A Pilates reformer uses springs for tension, which makes it low impact. Not only is it a great workout, but it’s also fun and interesting. Doing Pilates will help you be able to do your other activities better.

Andrea has been my trainer now for 4 sessions. I intend to continue with her indefinitely because she is amazing! Her sessions are always exciting and very well planned out! Every session that she instructs is completely different and unique and challenging. She is very knowledgable about specific areas that are worked and is very accommodating for individual differences in the classes. I am looking forward to many more training sessions with Andrea. I love her attitude, energy, and her caring way with the clients! It is also very refreshing to have a personal trainer that takes the time to compliment each of us and to encourage us to better ourselves! Our gym is extremely lucky to have her!!!

My trainer Andrea tailors my group personal training sessions to meet our (my) specific needs. She clearly puts a lot of thought into designing the sessions which are full of variety and a lot of fun. Andrea challenges me and makes sure I use the proper form to reduce the risk of injury. She has a thorough understanding of how the body works and I work always up a sweat. I leave each session feeling exhilarated. Plus, Andrea is very flexible with availability times. I highly recommend Andrea as a Personal Trainer. Her professionalism and passion for what she does is second to none.

Andrea is a wonderful personal trainer! i really enjoyed her functional approach to training. In addition, her inate ability to determine her clients' strengths and weaknesses was very helpful.

Andrea is a challenging and fun trainer. She presents a variety of fitness routines so workouts do not get boring, and she offers total body training. Andrea's workouts can be challenging, but her constant smile helps me push through. I highly recommend Andrea as a trainer.
