Introduction: There are essentially two things that I believe allows my work to stand out from the rest--they are as follows: 1) Knowledge: a photographer must know their craft--regardless of the type of equipment, a photographer must be able to adapt to any situation to produce exceptional work for his/her client. A photographer's work must speak for itself. 2) Personalization: No one person is the same---therefore, no one photography session is the same. NHDPHOTOT, LLC strives to ensure that the client's personality is infused in both the photography session and the finish products. What I like most about my job is the ability to interact with various types of personalities--it's the people that makes it interesting!

Nathan captures great moments! He has the experience and knowledge to take wonderful pictures. We were extremely happy with our wedding photos. I love black and white photos, and Nathan took some great ones of us.

Having photographic memories from your wedding day is the gem of every couples lifetime! And while photographs last a lifetime, it is very important to have the right photographer to capture those enchanting moments. Nathan with NHDPhoto LLC., has a very imaginative way of capturing the splendor of a single moment - we knew he was the one who was going to bring out the best in our wedding! From the start, Nathan was great to work with - very personable and easy going! He assisted us in pre-planning shots and even suggesting hashtags! On our wedding day, Nathan arrived before we did and was taking pictures as we started to come in. The moments he captured of us and our wedding party were truly enchanted! The post wedding shoot was just as effortless with Nathan! Not only did he photograph us, but he also educated us on how to position a photo shot in order to utilize all of the surrounding elements. Working with Nathan was great! He worked well with his time constraints and was a hit with the children! And now with all of the photos in front of me, I am so thankful we choose Nathan to capture all of those moments!! Memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you, Nathan, for giving us memories of our engagement that will have us telling stories for generations to come. First of all, hiring a photographer can be an intimidating process. As a hobbyist myself, I know what type of work goes into a photo shoot and I completely understand that what makes or breaks a shoot are how all the small details come together. Nathan knows this well and his team did some fantastic due diligence ahead of time in the shoot to find out just what we wanted. Nathan sent out a survey beforehand to give us the opportunity to discuss what we wanted to accomplish in the shoot. I felt that I was receiving personalized service because his survey didn't just ask where we wanted to pose and what types of poses we were looking for. I feel that Nathan reached out to genuinely get to know my fiance and myself as a couple. He took my survey responses and came up with the perfect location and a list of poses in a way that would serve to beautifully illustrate our story. We worked together to choose Northwest River Park as our setting (perfect because I LOVE the water and my fiance LOVES the woods.) We met at Northwest River Park (Nathan was early) and the four of us (Nathan, his assistant + wife [a respectable, down-to-earth woman], my fiance, and I) hiked to the river area (about 3/4 of a mile). Nathan and his team spent that hike making us feel comfortable, telling us a little about their lives, which made us open up and tell him more about our story. He got to the heart of what we wanted out of our shoot and the pictures REALLY showed that. My fiance and I are usually on the other side of the camera, so being captured by a lens does not feel natural at all. The relaxed atmosphere that Nathan was able to provide made us feel like we were out enjoying a walk through nature (as opposed to posing for a purpose) our faces really reflect that. Our photos turned out beautiful! We have so many favorites that it is impossible to pick just one. I cried tears of joy when I first received them and I still smile + cry when I show them off (it's been a few weeks!). I highly recommend Nathan. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For all customers, completing the photography session or event is the easy part--the real work comes from behind the scenes, "proofing, retouching, etc.". Make sure you ask your prospective photographer, "who completes the post-process--is it the photographer or a processing lab?". Again, I cannot stress it enough, a photographer must know his craft, you get more for your buck!
