Getting to know the needs and expectations of a customer are essential to meeting their expectations. This is why I always conduct preliminary startup interviews before starting an engagement.

As an active and licensed CPA, I undergo about 40 hours of annual continuing education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into my line of work at the suggestion of another CPA / Accountant and they seemed to be very successful at their work.
