I hired this company for my November 2011 wedding at the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, Virginia. It is January 2013 and I still do not have my video! No video, no apology, and no refund (as of yet). I really hope and pray that I can get my video soon. Jeff Livengood, the president of the company, has been my POC for this entire experience. I paid $1899.00 and the cost of dinner for him and his wife at my wedding.
