FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have an hourly rate, but due to our experience we are able to project how many hours a project will take in advance. if we go over on our hours, so long as the scope doesn't change, we will not bill you for the additional hours. We beleive that it is our responsibility to deliver the promised scope within the promised budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love bringing on new clients. We have a process that helps us all make an informed decision about working together. It's separated into 2-3 live meetings that can be done in person, phone or video conference. We start with a discovery meeting. We discuss your needs, goals and challenges and requirements. This meeting usually takes about an hour. Next is a live proposal review. It usually takes 1-3 weeks for us to proepare a proposal for review. We then review it together so that we can answer your questions and address any concerns along the way. This is your opportunity to have us rework the proposal based on new notes, or deside that we are not a good fit for working together. The last meeting is a contract review. We can go over contracts together or send them in digital format. This step is handled much like the proposal process. Our goal is to help you however we can. We feel this process will help you even if we decide not to work togther.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always reading, taking classes and looking at new trends. We have multiple accounts with several tutorial websites and a library of books across multiple disciplines. We also talk with other agencies locally and abroad to stay current on technology, new trends and best practices.
