Introduction: I am Energetic, enthusiastic, and tireless Chef bringing a unique skill set with fifteen years of experience in the restaurant/event management. Our goal is to bring flavor that excites you and your guest, with an understanding of how the food works to make a memorable palate to your taste buds. The Blank Canvas strives to use farm fresh and local ingredients to bring you the season to make the most vibrant dishes. Hi I am Chef Ashley, This is my LLC and I have three extra workers on hand with me when doing bigger catering jobs (if needed). I do work a full-time job, but I love to pick up extra events throughout the year, I also rent a commercial kitchen in New Kent if needed for catering events. I hold a Culinary Arts degree and a Servsafe Certification. I enjoy cooking using local co-ops, yoga, and the river! I have had a couple of events through thumbtack in the last couple of years but aiming to do and handful more this year, I hope your one of them ;) Thank you and Bless you all.
