Michelle, did a wonderful job. I am out of town home owner and she was able to work with me through email, text and phone calls. She was able to access what I needed, and my budget and with that information, transform my rental property into an awesome home for another new home owner to enjoy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on project type. An occupied home staging can start at $350 and tiers up based on square footage. Unfurnished homes that need furniture and accessories start at $800 and tiers up based on square footage. A personalized quote is always recommended and it is FREE!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation where we tour the house and talk about what needs to be done to make it Market ready! From there I prepare a personalized quote. This is all FREE and no obligation to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Radford University. I have collectively worked in residential design, home staging and real estate for years.
