Introduction: If you want it I'll find a way to sew it. A mom told me she'd love to have outfits with monograms like she can purchase for her daughter, but her current seamstress wasn't willing to sew them for her. Well I say why not? I'd love to make that for you and anything else you can dream up. I love being creative with fabric. It is so much fun to take a flat piece of cloth and transform it into something amazing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My plush toys and games are priced up front. Clothing is priced after we have worked together to determine pattern, fabric, and embellishment. I do not charge for the time I spend working with you to get everything perfect before the fabric is even ordered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes once a month at a local sewing machine and quilt shop.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been sewing nearly my entire life. In 2006 my youngest daughter was born and to everyone's surprise she was tiny. She wore preemie clothes for the first three months. When she learned to walk at 20 months her feet were still so small she wore crib shoes. When it came time to potty train she was clothes sized for the typical one year old. I realized I had to learn to sew clothes for her! And I did. I'm so happy to share that skill with all of you now.
