- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically by the S.F. but is dependant upon size, accessibility to job location, design or color, excavation/grading, etc. Free estimates are given to evaluate cost and provide customers with a written quote for design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our estimator would meet with the customer(s) for a free estimate and design consultation. Our estimator will also return for a free review of job, contract and to finalize details to get our customers on our schedule. To get on schedule to have work completed by our company, we require a signed contract and deposit for the work per contract terms. The customer will be given a projected start time frame. Once we are within that time frame and have a date to begin the work, we reach out to coordinate start dates with our clients. Payments are due per contract terms and must be paid in full upon completion of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We try to keep customers informed of how to care for your concrete through social media, such as Facebook. There, you can find tips on how to maintain the life of your concrete and what to do and not do to your concrete surface.
