- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive with other fence companies, but offer the benefit of having a dedicated Project Manager to walk you through the whole job, start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with an initial phone call to set up an appointment to see the location of the job. Then we meet on site and go over all the details of the new fence together. Then we process paperwork and order material and call in utilities as we get ready for install day. On install day our crew arrives and does a great job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes a lifetime of home improvement experience in multiple fields, but our focus is fences, sheds and painting.
