I hired Tarek because my new washing machine was vibrating terribly and “walking”. He showed up exactly on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He told me how much the repair would cost and then set about fixing it. In a matter of minutes my washer was running perfectly, and quietly! I couldn’t have been any happier with his work. I will definitely hire Proservice Appliance Repair for all of my future appliance service needs.

I APPRECIATED that you let me know when you were arriving,I definitely was impressed that you did not try to talk me into a lot of repair bills instead you got the fridge working although the water and ice maker could not be repaired because a part was not made anymore, you said that you could do a bypass to get them to working,you asked me to think about investing money on repairs when there was no guarantee how long the fridge would work and to wait a while and decide whether to fix or replace.I consider what you said as an honest person who's reputation means alot.I highly recommend this technician.

Tarek was phenomenal! Very punctual and communicative - texted me to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. He was able to repair my washer - saving me the cost of having to purchase a new one. He also cleaned out my dryer and fixed my gas stovetop igniter. Very reasonably priced. Excellent service and value. Highly recommend.
