General - Positive. Great guy, easy to work with.
Communication - very responsive, smooth communicate.
Quality of work - Generally, good, but a bunch of loose ends. The hard part of customization was all done well but a bunch of smaller things were not complete. I was unable to do a final inspection and wish I had! I'm sure everything would have been easily resolved.
I would definitely hire again but would try to better control the process.
