- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat and hourly rates. Our flat rates are subject to the property being in a state of normal repair. If the property has not been professionally cleaned, nor maintained by the occupant, and deemed to be in a state of bad repair by our cleaners, we advise the customer prior to starting the work that we need to switch to an hourly rate of $35 / hour per maid. Hourly cleaning services are subject to our discretion. Post renovation cleaning is provided as an hourly service only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple: 1. The customer book online or over the phone, at their convenience date and time. 2. Our cleaning team attend to clean in the date and time chosen. 3. The cleaning team do a walk-through before leaving your house to ensure of maintain the high quality in each of our services provided. 4. We strive to provide excellent customer service and we are committed to every service to keep a happy customer.

We have all type of customers, militaries, officers, teachers, retired, home office workers, busy moms, nurses, doctors, lawyers, students, business owners. Just to mention some of them.
