Office Titans is my new favorite vendor! Nanette was so patient with my crazy schedule. She picked up my printer, cleaned it, and then patiently explained my options. When I determined my old printer was not worth the replacement parts it needed, Nanette found me one that is perfect for my needs at half the price. You don't get service like that anymore. I'm so glad to know they work on computers, too, including Macs. Office Titans rocks!

Nanette is a gem! She was prompt, professional, and thorough. She was committed to solving my printer problem even after it became clear that the work was going to take a lot longer to complete than either of us had anticipated, and she did not leave until the problem was completely resolved--at close to 9PM.
