To say Eduard is qualified is a gross understatement. He not only resolved my original problem, but identified other problems of which I was not aware, and resolved those as well. His original proposal provided a firm cost estimate, which I considered fair for resolution of the problems I had identified. As stated, Eduard resolved problems far in excess of those I had identified, without asking for any additional fees. His rationale: "I feel obligated to leave my client with a fully functional computer, regardless of the extra time required to do it."
Eduard is one of the most ethical people I have dealt with in a long time. I am positive anyone utilizing Eduard's services will be more than satisfied and be as enthusiastic in endorsing him as I am!
