Introduction

Hi there I absolutely love making people feel great and confident whether it be for a photo shoot, wedding, or any special occasion! My prices are reasonable but my quality of work is what I pride myself on! Us make up artists don’t charge for our products used but our expertise and vision. This isn’t just a job, this is a passion of mine. Please feel free to ask any questions. I’m located in Woodbridge, VA and do travel. I offer Skype and in person sessions for one on one make up classes as well.

Amira reached back out almost immediately after inquiry, and was attentive to the style of makeup I wanted for my son's wedding. She asked for photos and colors, and sent me looks for my consideration. She accommodated me on a Sunday at 8 am for the afternoon event! She had a steady hand and explained everything she was doing. Her fee was extremely reasonable for the quality of work she did. She was very professional and kind, and never minded answering all of my emails. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful makeup for a special event. 10 out of 10!

Absolutely stunning work! I wanted to get makeup done for my mother and myself for a family photoshoot. I sent her a few inspiration pics (soft glam, pink/mauve/gold) and she did such a beautiful job!! Also, she was able to accommodate doing my aunt’s makeup as well on late notice…including lashes. I initially chose Amena based on my budget and desire to have an artist travel to my home. I would definitely book her again for special events or even a girl’s night out.

I sooo loved Ameena’s work as my makeup artist. She did my makeup for my wedding day, and it came out beautiful! I originally had the date set for the 3rd of April but had to move it all up one week. I let her know basically on the last minute but she was so professional and kind as to still come. She was super sweet and talkative, and she was was really responsive to all my questions which I really appreciate. She was also willing to make small tweaks whenever I asked her to make sure I felt comfortable and gorgeous on my special day! I 100% recommend her, and would hire her again for any makeup looks that I might need in the future. Thanks so much Ameena!

We LOVED having Ameena as my makeup artist! She did my makeup for senior photos and went above and beyond! It was a very last minute schedule, but she responded so quickly, was extremely talkative and so nice, and did my makeup beautifully! She didn’t miss a beat with even one makeup area! I 100% recommend her!! She also had a great price compared to some other makeup artists and was hands down, the best out of the artists we looked at! Thank you so much again Ameena!!!

This was a last minute request and she came though in a crunch. She was very polite and held great conversation. Everyone in the Bridal Party wanted natural looking make up and that is exactly what every one was able to get. She was only booked to do 2 people,and we requested that she do an additional person full face and also do eye makeup for the Sister of the bride. She was so flexible and was able to squeeze both of them in, and make it cost effective to do all 4 people. The price is reasonable and the quality is very good. Based on the pictures attached you can see for your self that she is extremely gifted. If your looking for a make artist in the DMV area look no further!!!
