If you are looking for motivation and guidance to obtain your nutritional, fitness and/or weight loss goals, look no further! With Melinda, you get one-stop-shopping. She listens to you, which allows her to understand your needs. She will help you create and meet obtainable goals. She discusses with you exactly what you need to do (and not do) to achieve those goals. She becomes your fitness partner. Melinda can offer a wide variety of ways to achieve your goals. I'm sure you will be able to find something that is perfect for you. She is flexible enough that you can structure your time as a one-on-one individual session or if you are comfortable enough, join a group environment workout session. We have fun in the group sessions, we laugh a little but we work as well. At one time, I didn't think "fitness and fun" would be three words I'd write in that order from an adult perspective. But because I met Melinda, spent some time with her, I now have a totally different outlook on becoming Fit And Fabulous. You can too. Come on...... stop by....... you'll be glad you did!

Melinda taught and led me through many High Intensity Interval Training. I enjoyed the classes very much. I always like the way I feel motivated in her classes.

Melinda has always encouraged me to include some type of fitness on my daily routine. Over the past 9 months, I have gone from little to no activity to now working out 5-7 hours a week. She is positive, up beat, she has helped me modify routines/movements to ensure I have one heck of a work out.

I have been working with Melinda for some time with exercising and trying to get into a fitness routine. Before, I used to think just showing up to dance class was enough because it kept me in decent shape. Now, after taking a variety of fitness classes, I notice myself wanting to workout more. The classes are energizing, upbeat, challenging and most importantly fun. You will know the minute you walk out of a class that you got a great workout. For sure 5 stars.

Melinda has helped me tremendously with getting on track with healthy eating and bringing to my attention what I was missing and lacking in my diet, which was not having enough protein. With my physical limitations, Melinda modified training so I’d be able to participate.
