FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum we charge is $49.95 for Photo Restoration and it can go up to $400 depending on the damage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the customer brings the photo to our studio and we give them an estimate on how much it costs to get restored. Once they accept the estimate usually takes us about 7-10 to have the photo restored. If you have a high resolution scan of the damaged photo you can also email me the photo. I can give you an estimate thru email. You can also mail your photo in. Usually customers take a photo of the image with their smartphone and email me a image so I can give them an estimate. Once they have the estimate they usually ship the photo to us. Once we receive the image we scan the photo with a Professional flatbed scanner to capture every inch of detail off that image.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Degree in Business Administration and a degree in Photography.
