Semper Fi Exteriors is a veteran-owned and operated remodeling business. The owner, Nick Bonadies, believes in doing the job right the first time. He is a Marine whose life has been molded by service and commitment. And service and commitment are the focus of everything we do. Guided by principles learned in the US Marine Corps, Nick and his team are not your usual contractors. They approach your exterior remodeling project with integrity and respect. They want to make sure the work is precisely the way you want it. Your home is your biggest investment. The first layer of protection your home has is what is on the outside. That is why we put our effort into all of your exterior remodeling projects, no matter how big or small they are. Our mission is donating large portions of profit to charities that support our military veterans.

I hired them to do install new siding, roof, and gutters. They were very courteous, completed the job in a timely manner, and worked with me to take care of issues that arose during installation.

I noticed a leak in my garage ceiling and called several roofing companies for options. Semper Fi Exteriors was able to come and inspect my roof the next day. He found several areas he thought were probably damaged by a storm and to contact my insurance co. Turns out I was covered, Semper Fi Exteriors took care of the ins. paperwork and I now have a completely new roof on my house. I couldn't be happier.

I had a Fantastic experience with Semper Fi Exteriors when I had my front entry door replaced. I was able to design the door how I wanted and after the expected lead time, my exact new door was ready to be installed. The install process was quick and clean. Everything looks amazing and was easier than I could have imagined. My home looks so much better by updating to my new door. Thank you Semper Fi Exteriors!

It took me a moment to write this review, as my exterior patio door was replaced in 2022, and the first time they replaced it we weren't happy as we had an alignment issue. Semper Fi Exteriors took it very professionally, took the ownership and ordered a brand new door and replaced it! The installation was done exceptionally well that time and since then, we don't have any issues and are happy with the product! Thank you Semper Fi Exteriors for delivering on your promise!

We offer products and services for every budget. We offer military discounts as well as other special discounts. Our estimates are free. We offer lifetime warranties on our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is really simple. We schedule a time to meet with new customers to asses their needs and wants. We review products, budgets, and measure the project to create an estimate for the scope of work. we work with all HOA's, ARB's, and condo associations. Then it's as simple as scheduling the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our crews are factory trained installers.
