If I could provide 10 stars I would. Ajay repaired my window counterbalances which no longer held the windows in position. He promptly responded in the app requesting a picture of the issue. He asked additional questions and knew what was wrong. We set a date and time and he arrived on time! He arrived with parts and tools in his truck and was able to complete the job on the spot! He needed to use a saw drill and asked if there any children still asleep bc he has to make noise. He is knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and considerate. He's been added to me list of trusted technicians.
