Mr. Wagner assembled and installed an aluminum handicap ramp for me. His work is top notch. He charges a reasonable price for work very well done. He works until the job is completed. He was on time and immediately began the job. I am exceptionaly pleased with his work and his fair pricing. I highly recommend his work.

If you want someone who will be cordial and pray for you but lie about having a contractors license, inflate his hours of work, make multiple trips to the store to fix mistakes (while on the clock), list his services as $50/hr on the ad but bring in another guy who also is not a licensed contractor and charge another $50/hr for him and with two guys still not handle a small job in a reasonable time, then this is your guy. When pressed about providing the contractors license number he said he had or how he could claim 10 hour work days that were 8 at best, he threatened to dismantle his par level work and ultimately filed a complaint and sent an additional bill after receiving 95% payment, this for an additional $600 more than originally requested and still didn’t finish the job. 4 trips to Lowe’s on the clock and he couldn’t get the sink to work?? The reviews he had must have come from family or friends but I would definitely not use his services again. Having paid almost $1900 for two days of subpar work that was only brought up to decent after complaining is his idea of being ripped off and reports me to Thumbtack with the very Christian comment of good luck getting help on this app again. Well, if his level of competence is what can be expected from this app and his reporting me stands, I don’t need Thumbtack and certainly don’t need his assistance again in the future. So as you put it, good luck with getting more work on here!
