I do my best to go above and beyond for each of my clients. All of my clients are given my phone number, so you can call me when you need to. Once your vacation is booked I am here to continue to help; with dining reservations, trip information, and more. I also put together a "personalized" daily itinerary for each client. I love working with my clients. When they've booked their vacation, I am also counting down the days with them! I love sharing their excitement with them!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I travel to many Disney destinations to stay knowledgeable on a first hand basis. I am also a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge. Also, I am a Norwegian Cruise Line Freestyle Specialist. And, I am fully trained with Universal Studios, SeaWorld parks and entertainment, and Legoland parks.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a large family (2 adults, 4 kids), and we love to travel. Having a large family can be intimidating to plan trips for. I understand the stress that can come from vacation planning, and want to save folks from as much as possible.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Resort booking, shuttle service planning, dining reservations, watching for and applying discount promotions, ticket sales, entertainment suggestions.
