- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the number of people. Oftentimes, the more people will allow me to discount the per head price. I create bespoke menus based on your likes, dislikes and any dietary requirements. As such, my pricing is bespoke as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a thorough conversation over the phone or via email to assess your needs. I then create a menu for your approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London. I am also ServSafe certified
