Flow Yoga and Dance Center

Introduction: Flow Yoga and Dance Center has several dance and yoga educators. We teach privates, group lessons and in schools! We additionally do children's activities at resorts and at birthday parties. For dance lessons, we can teach ballet, modern, jazz, hip-hop, break dance, belly dance and more. We also teach Ashtanga yoga, kids yoga, gentle yoga, prenatal yoga, baby and mommy yoga, hypno-yoga and more. In addition our children's activities include live board games, make your own music video, masquerade ball, make your own table top puppet theater, yoga and puppets, fun games and more! For any one of these services, we have an educator perfect for you.
