Our pricing is not complicated.

Any spare time is spent watching food network shows. Also, we are planning on taking courses at the New England Culinary School... We have joined numerous food groups, including food safety agencies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to run my own food service business but it is an extremely competitive industry and banks are often skeptical about funding food businesses, However, I met my wife, who had a similar passion and we were inspired to purchased a BOOKMOBILE and I was able to use my mechanic skills from my army days to build a kitchen and voila!
