We use the freshest products and when we can it's farm to table. We enjoy using local products from from vegetables to meats , syrups and perserves. We make sure every thing is your way . My career is also my passion . I love the idea of creating and bringing flavors together that goes for food and people. The one thing everyone needs is food , food brings people together. It brings to the table a world of flavors and conversation . I find myself very lucky to do what I love and enjoy going to work everyday. I was the chef for shoreline cruises did all the catering events for eight years and this last summer Iam the executive chef for Manchester country club.
