- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client either in person or by phone or skype. The initial consult covers your goals, what you have tried in the past that hasn't worked, what your current issues are and how I can help you. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all solution to nutrition problems and I won't tell you what to eat or not to eat. I will work with you to find changes that you can live with, that will make a difference in your health.

Masters Degree in Nutrition from Northeastern University
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients with severe food allergies, clients looking to lose weight, clients with gluten sensitivity, clients with heart disease and high blood pressure and clients seeking nutritional advice for their children with ASD and ADHD.
