- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?With experience in the work I do I can estimate the cost on a site. Depending on detail associated with project price is dependent on services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Exchange contact info, i.e. business card or link to Linked In profile. First conatct is usually via e-mail, however the phone is a great way for introductions. After introduction I usually ask to meet locally, if business is a good fit arrangements for work come after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I study with the International Center of Photography, I am also a member of ICP. Education has been a useful way of learning new skills.
