Pete is professional, reliable, efficient, honest and hard working. He installed all new windows in our home and completed the windows with trim. He did a wonderful job and the windows look great. The project was finished in a very timely manner and Pete was always forthcoming with alternative ideas to save us money! Pete has also handled many "small" jobs at our house, such as installing drain/gutters and fixing a bathroom exhaust fan. Always a great job! No project is too small and his price is better than any around!

Pete has done several jobs for us over the past 2 years! He does great work; he is easy to work with; he means it when he says "no job too big or too small". Examples? He refinished the area over our garage for my work office .... and built a beach wheelchair for my husband. He is reliable and honest! And we keep having him come back to work on "Pete's List".

We've known Pete Chapman for a long time, and have called on him for jobs in the past. When our house was flooded by Irene, we immediately called on Pete to do the work of rebuilding. He is very good at his craft, diligent, very easy to work with, and very knowledgeable about building products. We especially appreciated his advice and skill in installing new energy-efficient windows. Of course he did much, much more, all done well, in his quietly efficient way. Pete is absolutely a straight-shooter, very reasonably priced, and was willing to work with me (an unskilled wannabe) with patience and humor. We would definitely hire him again.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for references. Very important. Ask if you can see some of their work locally if possible. Be wary of anyone looking for money up front for a small job. Chances are good that they won't follow through......
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am a native Vermonter-honest and hard working. I can do an infinite variety of projects- from playhouses and handicapped beach chairs to home theaters and interior-exterior trim.
