What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique. Number of hours, tools provided (manual vs computer generated reporting etc), hours to be available, Scale of project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would request a meet and greet (in person or over the phone) to discuss the upcoming project needs. I would like to know the tools required to be successful, the other team members and their roles and a description of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying for my CAPM/PMP. I have completed all the training and am hoping to take my certification test in 2019. I can offer the following Documentation Project Management/Project Coordination Reporting Budgeting Timelines
