Introduction: I offer body-based approach to mental health counseling. In addition to my training in mental health counseling, I draw on somatic experiencing and mindfulness to provide you with new ways to cope with stress and anxiety. My approach can help you re-discover your resiliency in the midst of challenging transitions, improve your communication skills in relationships and heal wounds from the past. Clients who have worked with me often find that their trust in themselves grow; they are able to find greater ease in their lives, less self-judgment and more mindful rest.
