Orion is fantastic. It's rare to find a contractor who will do what they say, when they say they're going to do it, but Orion really comes through. Talk to Adam, you'll see.

Our investment company has used Orion Remodel for several years now, and continue to do so because of the consistency we receive in quality and professionalism. Orion Remodel has done everything from small maintenance jobs for our rentals to large portions of our home remodels, with quality that stands above any other company we have ever used. Perhaps the best part of using Orion Remodel is being able to get in touch with Adam, the owner, anytime. He returns phone calls promptly, which is something most contractors we have used in the past have severe trouble doing. I am sure you will get the same level of service from Orion as we have.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

If i am doing maintenance work, i charge by the hour. my first hour is $50.00, and $25 dollars and hour after that. If i am bidding for carpet, i charge $1.00 a square foot to install, and $5 dollars for every seam needed. I charge anywhere from $2.00 to $6.00 a square foot for laminate flooring all dependent upon the material being installed. Any other projects are dependent on the scope of the work, and the labor involved. .

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out flipping houses with a friend, and when we would need a contractor for work to be done, we could never find one. out of 5 contractors in the area called, none of them ever called back, showed up, or even made contact. we decided we could do a better job at answering the phone, and calling our customers back.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not hire the first "contractor", that comes around looking for work. make sure to look them up under the L&I web sight. ALWAYS ask for a UBI# and a License Number, if they will not give you this info then, chances are they are not a licensed and bonded contractor
