- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the square footage of the areas we are cleaning. Discounts for service performed in September and February (slow time of year) 10% discount for both parties for any referrals within one week of your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we've found it best to walk the property together. This way we're able customize our services to best help that customer. An example of this might be a delicate plant that is close to the house. While we always protect plants around the property from our cleaning solutions, if there is an extremely delicate plant we can either move it away if potted or temporarily cover it if it's not moveable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have gone through Powerwash University. Powerwash University is a state-of-the-art education program that offers comprehensive training in the technical aspects of the powerwashing industry We attend industry related events and conventions around the United States. This keeps us current with best practices in the industry so that we can provide the best service available.
