I had a really great experience with Pulse Mechanic. Jordan's communication was great throughout the whole process, and I could genuinely tell he cared about me having the best possible outcome. He went above and beyond to look into the warranty for my mini-splits and really tried to make replacement a last resort.
When it turned out I did need a new unit, he still did his best to help me get the best deal possible. The rest of the staff was just as professional and kind. You can tell they really pride themselves in the work they do and operate with a lot of integrity. Highly recommend them!

Jordan and his team are untouchable. He has done several service orders and install/repair projects for me. They are sharp, professional and affordable. They make the process easy for my clients and I. I would choose them every time.
Most recently they did a furnace replacement for one of my clients and it was fantastic. It is rare that you find someone operating at this level with such great value.

I needed two mini splits in my attic, but these guys were super communicative on the leak that I had on my water heater. It was replaced with a great price. I was given multiple outrageous prices and quotes. I was impressed by next day service with half the cost of my original quotes. I recieved more then what I thought I could afford within my budget.
